Let’s say that hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia is a cryptonym that conceals the fear of knowledge. It is not a baseless fear, after all the biblical theme of the Tree of Knowledge shows it as a the forbidden fruit, the consumption of which is the cause of one’s fall. Even if falling into the knowledge determines human conditon, it still remains forbidden or at least strictly limited. Knowledge always threatens with the release of, or the bringing of, the beast. The title cryptonym points to the beast’s stigma, which at the same time is the stigma of a human.
